Cancellations/changes for “SEDANS” made prior to four (4) hours in advance of a scheduled reservation time will not be charged. For cancellations made from four (4) hours to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled reservation time, there will be a charge of 50% of the total scheduled reservation. Cancellations/changes made (2) hours or less prior to scheduled pickup time will be charged 100% of the fare.

Cancellations/changes for “STRETCH AND VAN” made prior to (72) hours in advance of a scheduled reservation time will not be charged. If Cancellation is made (72) hours or less of scheduled pickup, then 100% of the fare will be charged. (See additional terms and conditions below for proms and weddings.)

“No Show” Policy- If Metrolink Limo is at the confirmed location and the passenger(s) are a “No Show” (Not there), Metrolink Limo’s cancellation policy, plus any waiting time charges will apply.

If your flight is cancelled or changed for any reason, or if you change flights, it is your responsibility to notify us!! A car will not be sent to the airport if your flight has been cancelled. If you change flights without notifying Metrolink Limo, we will track the original flight and you will be billed for the entire trip and wait time.

Metrolink Limo reserves the right to cancel reservations, without notice, due to inclement weather.

Metrolink Limo does not charge waiting time due to delays on commercial flights. However, waiting time will be charged for time expended in order to recover lost/delayed luggage at airports. Waiting time will be charged for any flights diverted due to mechanical or weather-related causes. Metrolink Limo does charge for waiting time at homes, offices etc. If your driver must wait for more than the 15 minute grace period from the originally scheduled pickup time, a 1/2 hour wait time charge, plus gratuity, will be charged.

Drivers cannot take reservations or make changes to existing reservations in the car. All reservations, changes, and cancellations MUST be made through the office.

When a sedan is ordered, we expect the entire luggage to fit in the trunk. Due to Washington DC Safety Regulations, only purses, briefcases, and laptop computers are allowed within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. All other forms of luggage must be stored in the trunk. Any luggage that does not fit in the trunk will not be transported. Skis, long snowboards, long fishing poles, and other oversized items will only be transported in our van (not in a sedan or stretch). Attempts to circumvent these policies will result in being charged the Van rate for the trip.

Vehicle Capacity:

  • SEDAN – Maximum three (3) passengers/with luggage (60 inch max); Four (4) passengers/no luggage.
  • STRETCH – Maximum five (5) passengers/with luggage (60 inch max); Six (6) passengers/no luggage.
  • VAN – Maximum six (6) passengers.
  • SUV – Maximum six (6) passengers.
  • Luxury Ride – Maximum three (3) passengers/with luggage (60 inch max); Four (4) passengers/no luggage.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – D.C. Law prohibits open alcoholic beverage containers in vehicles.

FIREARMS – Metrolink Limo will only transport firearms in the trunk of the vehicle. Firearms will not be allowed in the passenger compartment by anyone at any time.

PETS – Cars are allowed to transport pets only with prior knowledge of the Metrolink Limo office. This does not include seeing eye dogs.

PASSENGER DISMISSAL – Metrolink Limo reserves the right to discharge a disorderly passenger from the vehicle in the interest of public safety.

CHILD SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS – We will provide seats, however, for insurance reasons they must be installed by the parents or accompanying adults.

FUEL SURCHARGE – Metrolink Limo reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge if current fuel prices are excessive.

PASSENGERS UNDER THE AGE 16 – may not occupy the front passenger seat.

PRICING – Metrolink Limo reserves the right to increase rates without notice.

VEHICLE DAMAGE – Please be aware that damages to our vehicles by our customers will result in additional charges.

TELEPHONE USAGE – Metrolink Limo charges $2.00 per minute for customer’s outgoing & incoming calls using the Metrolink Limo vehicle cell phones.

SEASONAL RATES – Ronald Reagan, Dulles, and Baltimore – Starting Thanksgiving Day through January 1st, trips to these locations will be billed at an hourly rate, with the flat rate as a minimum due to seasonal congestion.

TRAIN STATION PICKUPS – All train stations have different pickup procedures. Please call office for specific details.

CRUISE PICKUPS – All cruise ship pickups will be 2 hours after docking time. If customer wants an earlier pickup time, waiting time charges will apply.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION – This e-mail confirmation will be deemed correct unless notified otherwise.

PROMS – (STRETCH, SEDANS, and VAN) Requires a 25% NON-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to date and time of service or 100% of fare will be charged.

WEDDINGS – (STRETCH, SEDAN, and VAN) Requires a 25% NON-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to date and time of service or 100% of fare will be charged.

HOLIDAY GRATUITIES WILL BE ADDED ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, The Fourth Of July and Labor Day. Please call our office for specific details.

WAIT AND RETURNS – four hour minimum charge at applicable vehicle rate.

EXTRA STOPS – Minimum charge for each extra stop completed: sedan-$15, van-$20, stretch-$25.
